CONSTITUTION OF THE P.T.A
We, the people of the Palm Tree Association, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish a Theocracy based solely on the preservation of the Palm Trees, insure domestic Tranquility, provide merriment, promote basic human rights of speech and beliefs- especially that of the Palm Trees- and secure the Blessings of the Palm Trees to everyone and anyone- including Mrs. Smith, to establish this Constitution for the Association of the Palm Trees.
Article I.

All legislative powers shalt be given evenly between the Religious Quarter and the elected Government bodies.
Section II.
The president shalt be called up for election once every three months, serving no more than two consecutive terms. The vice president is chosen by the president as his or her running mate, not elected by its citizens.
The president has the job of executing any laws passed by both the Senate or the Religious Quarter. However, the president can veto any laws, but the veto can be overridden by a 50% vote. However, if either the president or vice-president wants to create a bill of their own, they must go through both the Senate and the Religious Quarter; both must approve to pass that bill.
The president has the ability to resign, giving their role to either the Archbishop, or the Vice President.
Section III.
The elected Government bodies- known as the Senate- shalt be called up for election once every two months, serving only two consecutive terms. The Senate is allowed only three senators each at one time- who’s job is to create laws that govern Palm Tree society.

Those in the Religious Quarter are chosen by a selective questionnaire, but can leave at any given time. A questionnaire must be hosting every three months, which can allow fair and equality between auditionees. Three “Coconuts” can be selected to represent the Religious Quarter in the government.
Section V.
The citizens of the Palm Tree Society must have a direct authority of the laws that are passing. The people have the ability to veto laws passed by the religious quarter, senate, or the executive branch, with a 75% vote. Any veto from the people results in automatic cancellation of the given bill.
Section VI.
No individual person or group, other than the Religious Quarter, shalt have any right to strip or allow a person affiliation with the Palm Tree Society. If attempted, the given individual shalt be stripped from the theocracy by the Government with no vote required.
The rights of the given people shalt be chosen by the Religious Quarter, with a 66% vote required to obtain complete and sane citizenship.
